The Education Recruitment Specialist Who Cares

I have travelled a lot and taught in several countries in many different schools and I can honestly say that Leader Education’s recruitment process is phenomenal. I was matched precisely and honestly with a school – simply from my CV in the first place. Then once I met the consultant, I felt valued at once and like I was in safe and competent hands. My consultant clearly knew the school and what they might need very well and was therefore able to prepare me for the interview brilliantly. He was both kind and thoughtful throughout the 2-stage interview process, supporting me and giving me clear and useful feedback, so that I felt calm and confident as never before in a recruitment process. I am thrilled with the job I have now been offered and am so grateful to Leader Education for their expert advice and support. Registering with Leader Education was exceptionally straight forward.
