​Hey, I’m Lucy! I moved to Newcastle 5 years ago to complete my Human Resource degree. After finding my feet, I joined Leader Education. Working within Leader Education has proved to be a fulfilling endeavour that perfectly aligns with my passion for facilitating growth and development. My HR degree has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to excel in this field, allowing me to play a pivotal role in helping candidates secure supply roles within educational provisions.

Guiding candidates through the recruitment process not only utilises my HR expertise but also allows me to make a positive impact on their professional journeys. Witnessing individuals flourish in educational settings brings me immense satisfaction, reinforcing my appreciation for this role.
