About Our School:

We are looking for enthusiastic and resilient teachers with experience in SEND settings to join our expanding team. Our school offers a bespoke educational provision in a nurturing environment for secondary-age students (Y7 - post 16) who are in the care of the local authority.

Operating across two sites-our main campus in West Wycombe and a satellite nurture base on the outskirts of Aylesbury-we provide safe and caring spaces where students can express their feelings, emotions, and anxieties, which are often barriers to learning. Our facilities include specialist vocational learning spaces, designated teaching rooms, and opportunities for outdoor learning.

To meet the diverse needs of our students, we maintain an adequate staff-to-pupil ratio, typically with no more than four pupils per class, each class staffed to support all needs. We highly value our staff and are committed to supporting professional development.
