Job Title: Level 3 Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Level 3 Teaching Assistant to work at Smart Multi Academy Trust primary school based in Fenham. The ideal candidate must be level 3 qualified, as well as having a friendly and caring nature. Experience working in a relatable role/field i.e. healthcare, nursery nurse, or social care is desirable.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3.30pm.

The successful candidate will have:

• DBS on the update service, or be willing to get on.
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification, or equivalent.
• SEND experience is essential.
• Enthusiasm for working in education.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and parents.
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for supporting student learning.
