Job Title: PE Teacher (SEMH)Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire

Leader Education are recruiting a PE Teacher/Tutor to work at a specialist SEMH provision based in Leeds.

The ideal candidate will have QTS and relevant experience working with children who have SEMH, personalilty disorders. The school caters for young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in Key Stage 3 and 4.

The normal working pattern is "Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm and is a long term position".

The successful candidate will have:

• Must hold QTS, preferably with a specialism for Physical Education
• Demonstrated experience working with children and young people with SEMH needs, ideally within a school setting.
• Proven ability to manage and positively influence challenging behaviour in a compassionate and constructive manner.
• Ability to adapt PE lessons to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students with SEMH, ensuring inclusive and engaging physical education.
