Job Title: SEND Maths and Science Teacher

Location: Stoke-on-Trent

Pay: £160 - £220

Salary: £26,000 - £41,000 QTS required and based on experience

Contract Type: Long Term, Temp to Perm , Permanent

Leader Education are recruiting for an experienced and qualified Maths and/or Science Teacher to teach in one of our great schools based in Stoke-On-Trent. The ideal candidate will have QTS and degree in education, as well as experience working in schools delivering lessons to a range of age groups. The school are open to a Teacher that has a lot of primary education Teaching / Tutoring experience. This role is to teach pupils that are KS3 aged and identify as having SEMH needs ranging from mild autism, ADHD , learning difficulties and challenging behaviours.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Education.
• DBS or be willing to obtain one.
• QTS / TRN.
• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and behavioural intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external professionals.
