Leader Education are specialists within SEND recruitment in West Yorkshire and we are currently recruiting for a Young Offenders Support Worker to work specifically within small groups.

The students who you will be working with present with Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties and are not in a Mainstream Education setting.

Leader Education are looking for someone who can adapt easily and has a positive outlook to encourage and engage the young people on a daily basis.

The role is a long term to permanent position so the right person would be ideally available immediately and available Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (times may vary slightly)

Requirements

• Experience within a similar setting working with children/young adults with SEMH needs
• Looking for a full time position
• Commitment to train in Team Teach Level 2
• Complete an Enhanced DBS on the update service
