Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at a school in the Middlesbrough area. The ideal candidate will have confidence when working with children, have a strong understanding of complex needs and learning difficulties in children, and be looking for work on a full-time basis. We are searching for an individual who is passionate about education!

At Leader Education, we work with schools that require different levels of support, whether that be primary, secondary, SEND or SEMH.

The successful candidate will have:

• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and behavioural intervention strategies.
• Previous experience working in an educational setting, particularly with students who have diverse learning needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external professionals.
