Day to Day Supply Workers needed!

Leader Education are currently looking for Behaviour Support Workers within the Leeds area who are wanting to work and experience different schools!

We can offer many different Mainstream and SEN schools who need Behaviour Support Workers on a daily basis to assist within their schools. This will offer you the opportunity to learn & develop your skills from many of the wonderful educators we have in Leeds.

A behaviour support worker role will generally involve supporting groups of children who have additional needs such as Autism, MLD, Speech and Language Difficulties, Challenging Behaviour's and more!

Ages will vary from Primary to Secondary - you can always let us know if you do have a preference!

Person specification

• Experience working within schools within the last 2 years
• Valid and relatable references covering 2 years
• Enhanced DBS on the update system
• Driver (desirable)
• Adaptable & calm
