Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire
Contract Type: Long-Term

Leader Education is seeking a skilled HR Administrator to work within a specialist school in Wakefield, supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent administrative and organisational skills, particularly in minute-taking, who are passionate about contributing to the smooth running of an educational environment.

Position Details:

  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
  • Long-term role with the potential for a permanent position

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

  • Proven experience in HR administration, ideally within a school or similar setting.
  • Exceptional minute-taking skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding practices and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication skills for liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies.
  • A proactive approach to supporting the school's HR functions, including recruitment and compliance.
