Job Title: SEND Teacher

Leader Education are recruiting a passionate and dedicated Teacher to work at a large SEND School based in Barnsley. The ideal candidate will have QTS as well as experience in creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for all learners. The school caters for children with severe and complex learning needs aged from 3-19 years old.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 3:30pm and is a long term position.

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with severe and complex learning needs.
• Strong understanding of SEND education and best practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude.
