Job Title: Teaching Assistant

Leader Education are recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work at a school in the West Denton Area area. The ideal candidate will have confidence when working with children, have a strong understanding of complex needs and learning difficulties in children, and be looking for work on a full-time basis. We are searching for an individual who is passionate about education!

This role will require the candidate to work with students in Key Stage 1, prior experience working with Key Stage 1 pupils is admirable but not essential.

At Leader Education, we work with schools that require different levels of support, whether that be primary, secondary, SEND or SEMH.

The successful candidate will have:

• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and behavioural intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external professionals.
