Job Title: Learning Support Assistant

Location: Bradford

Pay: £80 - £110 per day

Leader Education are recruiting experienced Learning Support Assistant to work at Schools based in and around the Bradford area. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children/young adults with SEND needs, ideally with school experience.

Our schools can range from as young as 5 up to 18 years of age and caters for pupils with a wide range of SEND, including autistic spectrum condition, moderate learning difficulties, severe learning difficulties, ADHD, hearing and visual impairments, speech, language and communication needs.

The normal working pattern is Monday-Friday 8:30am until 4pm

The successful candidate will have:

• A passion for working with children with additional needs
• Experience of working with children and young adults with challenging behaviour.
• Provide calming and nurturing support for some of the most vulnerable students with EHCP's.
• A passion for the progress of children with SEND needs
• An ability to work as part of a team
• Moving and Handling
