Job Title: Science Teacher
Location: North Tyneside
Hours: Full time
Leader Education are recruiting a passionate Science Teacher to work in a large Secondary school based in North Tyneside.
The ideal Teacher will have QTS and the ability to teach Science at a secondary level.
This school offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high quality education and support to its pupils who range between 11-16. With continuous rising results, this school prides itself on its achievements now being above the national average.
The normal working pattern is Monday to Friday 08:30- 16:30. Leader Education are dedicated to ensuring that we find adaptable roles and schedules that work effectively for you.
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualifications.
- A current DBS that is on the update system, or a willingness to obtain one.
- Previous experience as a Science teacher.
- Ability to effectively deliver the curriculum, offering support, advice, and guidance to pupils.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with pupils, colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
- Adaptability and initiative to accommodate for various learning types and abilities, striving towards social and academic development.
- High expectations and aspirations for young people and themselves.
