Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Contract Type: Day to Day, Short Term and Long Term positions available

Leader Education are recruiting a General Cover Supervisor to work at a Secondary Schools based in Wakefield. The ideal candidate will have experience and skills to effectively manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, for multiple year groups. Your responsibilities will include delivering a dynamic pre-planned lessons in line with the curriculum, assess student progress and provide constructive feedback, liaise with other members of staff, and parents if necessary and maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous experience in UK secondary schools.
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Adaptability and a commitment to meeting the diverse needs of students
• Proficiency in utilising technology for teaching and learning purposes
