The Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Compliance Consultant to join our team and ensure that all recruitment processes meet legal and industry-specific compliance standards. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding our business, mitigating risk, and maintaining our reputation for integrity and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance across all recruitment operations, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct reviews of candidate files, right-to-work checks, and background screening processes.
• Keep up to date with relevant legislation, including GDPR, employment law, and industry-specific regulations.
• Liaise with candidates and internal teams to ensure compliance documentation is completed correctly and on time.
• Develop and deliver compliance training to recruiters and other staff.
• Handle any compliance-related queries, issues, and investigations, working to resolve them efficiently.
• Maintain accurate compliance records and reporting systems.
• Assist with policy development and implementation to improve compliance standards.
