Pay Rate: £130 - £ 190
Contract Type: Temp to Perm, Long-Term

Leader Education are recruiting ECT Teachers to help find them the best possible role for a great September 2024 start. We are currently working with a number of schools mainly SEND and part of MAT. The ideal candidate will have QTS, but also going through the beginning stage of there ECT years. A degree in primary and/or secondary education with a great passion for SEND is ideally what we are looking for to help support our schools and find the right role for you.

Leader Education can cater to your needs and requirements. If you're looking for either part time (Minimum of working 3 days a week), day to day work, or short-term temporary work we can accommodate to fit your lifestyle.

The successful candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in education.
• DBS or be willing to obtain one.
• QTS / TRN.
• Familiarity with a variety of teaching methodologies and behavioural intervention strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with external professionals.
